I need ankle strengthening! 🦵💥 Slip-sliding on mud for 55 miles means I have achy ankles today. What can I do to help? How do you manage to eat healthily 🥗 when you're so busy and haven't had time to plan? 🤔 I really want to get into the splits in 2025! 🤸‍♀️ My hip flexibility is good, but it’s my hamstrings that are tight. What should I focus on? When life gets overwhelming and the wheels fall off, how do you get back on track? 🚂 Which of the core 4 do you prioritize first to get back into the Squaddies momentum? What are the best exercises for improved posture? 🏋️‍♀️ I tend to pull my shoulders back, but it causes a dip in my back! What short phrase can I use to stay focused on posture? Also, during YogaScape, I've had an overwhelming crying reaction. Does this happen to others? Are there as many health benefits to skipping as social media tells us? 🤸‍♀️ I'm thinking of ordering a skipping rope to keep in my office. What ratio of strength training, cardio, and stretching do you recommend? 💪💓🧘 How can I boost my immunity? 🛡️🤒 I’m looking for low-impact exercise 🦶💤—where should I start? I travel a lot for work and pleasure in January, and I struggle with doing lie-down exercises on cold, hard floors. What standing abs/core exercises or strength classes can you recommend that don’t require lying or kneeling? ✈️ What stretches would you recommend to target tightness in the lower back? 🧘‍♀️ I've been stretching most days, but the tightness keeps lingering. Any advice?

Are there things that help? 🛌 Can doing more exercise and/or getting up earlier equate to more deep sleep? 🍝 Portion sizes—a palm of carbs. Is this measured for cooked or uncooked pasta/rice? 🍫 Any advice for not craving chocolate? ❤️‍🩹 How do I get back into safe workouts with my current blood pressure issues? I’m scared to work out in case it makes things worse, but in another breath, I know working out makes you feel better! 🤔 What does Lorna do in-between the 6 AM and 6:30 AM classes? Lie down? More exercise? Get organized? Something else? 💧 I'm struggling with my water intake. How can I make sure I'm having enough? ⏰ Any tips on getting into a good routine? 🧘‍♀️ I struggle to sleep, and meditation really helps. Can we have a meditation session in the on-demand section? 🥗 How to judge 70/30 eating? 🦵 As I have spinal stenosis and a weak right leg, when I sit up to roll down, I can’t have my feet flat on the floor, only my heels.
