His boat “Sea Hawk” is the first boat in Ireland to be licensed for saltwater fly fishing. Richie shares some of his vast knowledge on how to target species such as Bass, sea trout, pollack, mullet, mackerel, garfish etc all on the fly.  An excellents episode with lots of valuable information from a guide who really knows his craft.

His knowlege is unbeliveable and he presents it in a way that is so easy to break down and understand I rellay enjoyed this one and cant wait to listen back to it myself. Its packed with top advice and tactics from a real master angler. Thom is currently working in marketing at Westin and gives a great insight into the tackle industry. This is an episode that you will be playing over and over again.

    In this episode of the Lure Fishing Podcast I chat with Ash Barwick creator of the Tight Lines App. This a new dedicated App for Irish and UK anglers to log catches and marks. I have started using the app myself recently and I am really enjoying it. It is very user friendly and amount of data generated from it is really interesting and usefull. I have kept a diary for a number of years now and this will be a game chager for me. As usuall we chat about all things fishing too, Ash is a keen angler and having relocated from London to Kerry he tells us about his quest to catch his first sea bass, figuring out how and when to catch these fantastic fish.
