    freedom from fear.

on this episode we’re discussing: fear is normal so strive to be relentlessin fear, continue anywayswhen fear and hesitancy are present, so is God—that’s when we need him the mostif we didn’t have fear, we wouldn’t need Godfear means you’re stepping out your comfort zone and operating in faith and obediencefear to disobey** relentless: oppressively constant; harsh or inflexible “For I know the plans I have for you”   #— #this is the Lord’s declaration #— #“plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” (‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29‬:‭11‬ ‭CSB‬‬) “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” (‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41:10‬ ‭NLT‬‬) 🌱 let’s stay connected: https://linktr.ee/jrheylynn

    mind your mental.

on this episode we’re discussing: the importance of prioritizing your mental healthmental health is real and can still be present in the midst of God’s presenceGod appointed people to treat and care for mental health it’s ok to seek help, #itsoknottobeokbreak the stigma and heal the traumayou can’t heal what you don’t acknowledge david’s depression 1 How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me? 2 How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart? How long will my enemy triumph over me? 3 Look on me and answer, Lord my God. Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death, 4 and my enemy will say, “I have overcome him,” and my foes will rejoice when I fall. 5 But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. 6 I will sing the Lord’s praise, for he has been good to me. a Godly perspective.

on this episode we’re discussing: when i made decisions that were of my own will and flesh, i received suffering and had regret when i made decisions based on God’s will, i received favorsometimes things are happening for you and not to youshifting your perspective holds a significant impact on how you allow God to show up for yousometimes it’s God who leads you to the wilderness “But someone who does not know, and then does something wrong, will be punished only lightly. When someone has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has been entrusted with much, even more will be required.” ‭‭(Luke‬ ‭12:48‬ ‭NLT‬‬) 🌱 let’s stay connected: https://linktr.ee/jrheylynn

a God of comfort (reclaiming my faith).

impromptu episode “Blessed be  the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies  and the God of all comfort.  He comforts us in all our affliction,  so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any kind of affliction, through the comfort we ourselves receive from God. For just as the sufferings  of Christ  overflow to us, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.  If we are afflicted,  it is for your comfort and salvation. If we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings that we suffer.  And our hope  for you is firm, because we know that as you share  in the sufferings, so you will also share in the comfort.” (‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬-‭7 CSB‬‬) “The Lord is near the brokenhearted; he saves those crushed in spirit.” ‭‭(Psalms‬ ‭34‬:‭18‬ ‭CSB‬‬) “He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds. He counts the number of the stars; he gives names to all of them. Our Lord is great, vast in power; his understanding is infinite. The Lord helps the oppressed but brings the wicked to the ground.” (Psalms‬ ‭147‬:‭3‬-‭6‬ ‭CSB‬‬) 🌱 let’s stay connected: https://linktr.ee/jrheylynn

    when words fail.

on this episode we’re discussing: constant remembrance of who God isin moments of frustration and discouragement, i remember if i never heard another person’s testimony, my faith wouldn’t waiver because he’s already shown me who he iseven when i can’t fathom the words to say to him, he is a father who already knows and he keeps his promiseseven when i don’t think he hears me, his actions show me otherwise “So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary.” (Hebrews‬ ‭6:18-19‬ ‭NLT‬‬) “For God is not a God of disorder but of peace, as in all the meetings of God’s holy people.” (‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭14:33‬ ‭NLT‬‬) 🌱 let’s stay connected: https://linktr.ee/jrheylynn

    delayed obedience is still disobedience.

on this episode we’re discussing: recent convictionsgetting in your own head and imposter syndromethe enemy will send distractionsquestioning purpose and assignmentfeeling stuck but not being obedientin movements of uncertainty, follow the last instruction God gaveGod desires immediate compliance “Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned. But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father.” (John‬ ‭15:4-8‬ ‭NLT‬‬) 10 When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. (‭‭John‬ ‭15‬‬:‭10‬ NLT) “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” (‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:28‬ ‭NLT‬‬) 🌱 let’s stay connected: https://linktr.ee/jrheylynn

    ask and you shall receive.

on this episode we’re discussing: when you ask God for something, he’ll give you exactly what you’re looking for sometimes what we ask for doesn’t show up in the ways we want it toGod has a way of taking us through a special process to earn what we want versus just giving it to usto receive, we have to make room “Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew‬ ‭7:7‬ ‭CSB‬‬ 🌱 let’s stay connected: https://linktr.ee/jrheylynn
