    SOT talks to the Pacific Fleet Master Chief, PACFLTCM James “Smitty” Tocorzic! The Pacific Fleet Master Chief is is the Senior Enlisted advisor to the Commander of Pacific Fleet in charge of over 160,000 personnel. Master Chief and I discuss mental health care in the Nation and the Navy, and how we can organically and intrinsically help alleviate and provide solutions to the ongoing mental health care crisis!     SOT talks to Ryan Sweazey, Retired Air Force Fighter Pilot and founder of the Walk the talk Foundation. The Walk the Talk Foundation is committed to helping the military navigate through the Department of Defense Inspector General (IG) System and ensure they remain free from reprisal and retribution. Ryan and his foundation also provide legal, and mental health resources for those who will utilize his services, all free of charge. In addition to learning about the Walk the Talk Foundation, we also learn more about the DOD IG System and discuss some of the shortcomings within it as well as how Ryan intends to address and improve the IG system for the future of our military. Ryan is the perfect example of triumph!
