    Do You See What EYE See 👁️

    This episode of Simply, The Brave Space really dives into the idea of what our self-concept, and what that means to us, and how others see, perceive as well as receive who we present to be. I spelled “I,” E-Y-E, as representation that we are not only seeing with our two eyes we are also seeing with our minds eye, our third eye, our spirit, and our hearts. Our third eye helps us to read the energy, in ourselves and others. Seeing with your third eye means using every sense in your body and your intuition. It’s intentionally looking beneath the surface to reveal what’s authentically there. So ask yourself what do you see, & do others see what EYE, see?

    This episode really details the ins and outs of my journey of fathering myself and why it’s important to identify the wounds that we received from our parents. I thought this was especially important to talk about because the wounds from our parents show up in the way we develop and maintain relationships, and I know that there’s somebody else out there that can relate to just operating in and out of wounded spaces. So this one is for all my Girlies and my guys with mother wounds and father wounds, that they are trying to navigate themselves through & attempting to heal on their own. This is for y’all, so I hope it reaches who it needs to reach, and touches who it needs to touch.🥰

    What’s your fear of looking stupid keeping you from doing? 🫠

    “Your fear of looking stupid is holding you back!” My inability to quiet external voices plus my own insecurities and fears have held me back from doing so much, including starting this podcast. But I came across 5 realizations that shifted my entire thought process on sharing content. I go into the realities of my experience with social media anxiety and a little about how Simply, the Brave Space was a planted seed in Aug of 2021 but didn’t make its way into our lives until 2023 😬 if you needed some encouragement or inspiration to just get out there and do the damn thing, TAP IN!
