    Just Going for It

This is a super rambley and jumbly episode of me just talking about- and trying to convinve myself I think- that going for the things you want in life is worth it. Life is too short not to fully commit to your passions and dreams and I'm trying to be brave lately. I hope that this makes you giggle or feel like we're talking on the phone, I love you and hope you choose to be brave with me.

    Serious

On Mom's first feature on the podcast we conquer the topic of seriousness. I am an avid believer that everything is that serious while Mom, who knows a thing or two because she's seen a thing or two, loves to remind me that it really might not be. Please enjoy our friendly banter about the seriousness of my latest life events. Love you!

    Desire for Everything

This podcast episode is a short one but a good intoduction back into things. This has been an idea in my head for a long time and just something I needed to say out loud. I hope it sparks inspiration and joy within you, or at least allows you to take a new perspective.

  4. 05/02/2023

    Social Disappointment

A little mumbo jumbo episode to get back into things. The last 5 minutes are a mess but I quickly try and explain why after, either way I hope you enjoy it. Love ya!

    Love Languages

Hey party people! This episode is a rant styled one talking all about the five love languages. We talk about the misconceptions that come along with each love laguage, what they each mean, and how to use them to love others better or feel more loved yourself. With everything going on I hope this episode helps remind you of all the love there is in the world. Warning: there is a lot of oversharing of my personal life and the love laguages of my loved ones in this episode (shocker)!

    Limits

Forewarning the audio is a bit rough, I recommend listening at a faster pace so that the clanks and stuff blend in a little better. A lot has come up since the last time we talked and I briefly explain why it has been so difficult to publish lately. We talk all about limits and boundaries today, listening to our bodies and minds. Thank you for supportive even through the not awesome posting schedule, love you!

    Samwich

This episode features my roomie and podcast cover artist Samwich! We talk all about what we think contributes to a good roommate relationship. Lots of giggles are shared, followed by a long list of pet peeves that strengthen our relationship. I hope you love them (Samwich-they/them) as much as I do, but it is physically impossible. Thank you for your patience since the last episode :)

    Gratitude

This episode is all about gratitude and what has been making life a little bit more worth living. The topics range from weather to friends and even school which is not something I ever thought I would be this grateful for. Similarly to last episode no editing went into this episode besides a few instances where I spliced the audio, with this in mind I do say "and" a lot so please ignore it. Anywhoozie, I hope you enjoy the episode and I'm glad you're here!

    Resolutions

The publication of this got funky so it is completely unedited but let me know if you prefer it this way. In this episode we get to catch up and talk all about new years resolution. The episode is a bit scatter brained due to me being sick and also scatter brained but I hope you enjoy this uncut clip and are inspired to make some resolutions of your own.

    Hobbies

This episode is all about hobbies. Hobbies I’ve enjoyed, hobbies I want to take up, and hobbies I could never succeed at. Hopefully you find this either entertaining or informative, either way I’m happy you’re here.

    Lizard Hours Trailer

Welcome to Lizard Hours, a podcast hosted by me, Addie. This is a new hobby for me so please be patient as I try and learn the ins and outs of podcasting. Hopefully the podcast outline will be an open conversation about an umbrella topic where there may or may not be more than just me listing my takes on them. We're here to have fun and try to take things a little less serious, but I am a virgo so I innately take everything seriously. Hope you stick around for the ride!
