Rebel Daydreams

Dr. Rebel

Rebel Daydreams creates queer and absurd skits. Our comedy podcast provides the best absurd humor in the Milky Way Galaxy (but not the Virgo Supercluster). From our expert thespians who have sometimes acted since high school, to our mentally ill script writer, to the more-than-one-sound-effect in a show, Rebel Daydreams will delight you with jaw-dropping subversive hijinks. We don't just create gay comedy and lesbian comedy. We create comedy for every letter of the LGBTQ+ alphabet. And straight people may find us funny too. Allegedly. From time to time we accidentally have social commentary in our comedy. Or, there was also that one time we made a serious piece. New episodes Tuesday mornings at 8:00 AM central.

All Hail our Banana Worshipping Overlords | Queer and Absurd Skits

This queer and absurd skit show is about how a gay banana cult took over the world. The unified world government is a theocracy devoted to worshiping and cultivating bananas across the globe (and encouraging gay kisses). To protest this state of affairs, a manic libertarian records a subversive podcast in his basement. Will Rare Nadir obliterate the Church of the Unpeeled and chop it into tiny pieces? I mean. Probably not. It is the world government, after all. Rebel Daydreams creates queer and absurd skits. Our comedy podcast provides the best absurd humor in the Milky Way Galaxy (but not the Virgo Supercluster). We don't just create gay comedy and lesbian comedy. We create comedy for every letter of the LGBTQ+ alphabet. And straight people may find us funny too. Allegedly. New episodes on Tuesdays at 8AM central (or 4PM central, in this case). SKITS AND TIMESTAMPS: 00:36 - Rare Nadir's Introduction. Our manic narrator declares that the world government is based on a cult. 01:49 - Transbananafication. Church leaders attempt to recruit the man who would become their messiah. 06:47 - Tha Bananazone. Rare Nadir mocks the Church of the Unpeeled's podcast, "Tha Bananazone". Wait a second. This is a podcast within Rare Nadir's podcast, which is within Rebel Daydreams. We're only three levels deep? We need to go deeper!!! 10:42 - Murder-Banana. The Church of the Unpeeled sentences the CEO of Chiquita banana to death. 13:27 - Death-Bed Three Way. Do you need more of a description than that??? It's self-explanatory. 17:21 - The Pledge Drive for All Bananakind. Tha Bananazone makes the Church the wealthiest organization to ever exist. 22:06 - 100% Straight. Rare Nadir joins the Church of the Unpeeled. But he's still straight, okay? Straight!!! 25:52 - The Interview. Tha Bananazone converts hundreds of millions of people in this pivotal episode, and Rare wonders why. 30:01 - Utopia? The Unpeeled Messiah becomes President of the Earth in all perpetuity. Do you know what Rare Nadir thinks about this? He doesn't like it. You should know that by now, if you were paying attention. CREDITS: Dr. Rebel as Rare Nadir, the manic libertarian narrator.Robert as Thomas Hart, the church's messiah.Leeann Muse (@atxwhovianmama) as Byron, the creepy flirty guy with a growth arc.Peep as Mary, a priestess of the church with unusual ideas about deathbed activities.Dr. Jiggles (@dr.jigglez) as Banananogmos, the Divine YellowAmy Langley-Larson as Christopher, a podcast host who has never taken DMT. @sarahsunshinesullivan as William, a podcast host who knows entirely too much about DMT. 3. Skit Sweatshop | Queer and Absurd Skits

Skit Sweatshop | Queer and Absurd Skits

We created this fine batch of skits after toiling for decades in extremely unsafe conditions. And now several of us don't have body parts we wish we had. Like scorpion tails, for example. Today's episode includes parodies of "Warhammer" and "Frankenstein", a method actor where we wouldn't expect him, and a detailed explanation for the best way to enjoy water. All important parts of a balanced breakfast. Allegedly. New episodes on Tuesdays at 8AM central. SKITS AND TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 - Battlemallet 70 billion. In a world similar to and yet legally distinct from Warhammer 40,000, the Divine Dicatator's cool monologues keep getting interrupted by people who need decisions to be made. Don't you feel bad for the Dictator? I tried to have a cool monologue in D&D once and I farted while delivering it and then people laughed at me. I live with that shame to this day. 04:48 - What's on our show for today? 06:39 - Boxing announcer method actor. The "Sunday, sunday, sunday" guy can't seem to turn that bit off. This skit has strong sexual content, to put it mildly! 09:29 - How to Drink Water. A friend is woefully ignorant of the best way to enjoy water. She thinks she can just drink it out of the tap. What??? 13:39 - Cakenstein. Frankenstein's monster is made out of cake for the Is It Cake show. Except for his penis, which is flesh and blood. 19:49 - Pride, Prejudice, and Garbage. Garbagemen discuss the happenings in high society as they dispose of disgusting, disgusting things. This skit has a lot of gross-out humor. Maybe don't listen to it when you're eating something. Or do. I'm not the boss of you. CREDITS: Dr. Rebel as the various hosts and Mother MaryKurt Wilkinson (@extrability) as the Divine Dictator, the man-child ruler of the human race, and Alphonse, the garbage collector. Two sides of the same coin, really.Leeann Muse (@atxwhovianmama) as Colonel Space, one of the Dictator's many underlings, Bunny, the boxing announcer's wife, Cynthia, a person who doesn't know how to enjoy water properly, and Ashley, the "is it cake" contestant.Lauren Bard as Ashley the water aficionado, (a character distinct from the "is it cake" contestant).Liz Ross (@hross1110) as Sam "The Clam", the boxing announcer, the baby Jesus, and Gordon RamsayJudson (Loud Macleod) as Ben "the Pen", the boxing announcer's director, and as cakenstein's monster.@sarahsunshinesullivan as Guy Fieri, John the baker, and Winnifred the garbagewomanDan Warren (danwarren.bandcamp.com) created various theme songsMartin Whitmore (@martinwhitmore) created the logoVarious creators on pixabay.com created sound effectsCONTENT WARNINGS: Strong sexual content in "boxing announcer". Genghis Khan Gender Reveal Party | Queer and Absurd Skits

This queer and absurd skit show includes Genghis Khan, Kool-Aid Dracula, the President of the United States, and other crazy characters. It's flying every which way and air traffic control is concerned. In fact, thousands will fall to their deaths from 40,000 feet if you don't listen to this episode to calm it down right now. Is 40,000 feet the height at which planes fly? It is now. [Note: This show has nothing to do with airplanes]. Allegedly. New episodes on Tuesdays at 8AM central. This re-launch groups our skits together into 30 minute episodes. This way we won't have hourlong plays and 3 minute skits in the same channel - everything will be at least 30 minutes long. See what I do for you? I hope you're grateful. If you aren't, consider therapy. In fact, consider therapy either way. It's good for you. SKITS AND TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 - Genghis Khan Gender Reveal Party. A gender reveal party goes sideways when the gender is revealed to be "Genghis Khan".05:30 - What is this show anyway?07:58 - Kool-Aid Dracula. Dracula is the Kool-Aid Man. Or is the Kool-Aid Man Dracula? Who can say? Not me. Don't ask me. Please. Don't. Can't you see I'm fragile? Kool-Aid Dracula has traumatized me.16:29 - The Tiniest Villain. An undead wizard interviews a single mother. Who is also a villain. In fact, her children drove her to a life of crime. Honestly, we get it.24:07 - The U.S. Candy Corn Reserve. The director of the FBI informs a new President that the world will soon run out of Candy Corn. The President does not take this seriously, for some reason. Maybe she's an idiot.CREDITS: Dr. Rebel as the various hosts, Genghis Khan, Harker & Lucy in "Dracula", and Acererak the undead wizardAustin Westmoreland (@disjointed_debonair) as Frederick, a Genghis Khan fanaticLeeann Muse (@atxwhovianmama) as Cynthia, the other Genghis Khan fanatic, and Nathan, the FBI directorCedar as Mimi, somebody who doesn't love Genghis Khan as much as she shouldRob Marley (Marleyaudio.com) as Kool-Aid Dracula.
