Great Western Trail - Argentina

Inspired by The Great Western Trail Argentina, designed by Alexander Pfister, we pulled out all the stops to create an unforgettable evening filled with delectable Argentinian cuisine and the excitement of this game. We kicked off the night with a sip of Fernet Con Coca, a popular Argentinian drink that set the mood for the adventure ahead. The centerpiece of our evening was the Argentinian asado, featuring mouthwatering chorizo and churrasco generously slathered in chimichurri sauce. The sizzling, smoky aromas transported us to the wild pampas of Argentina, where the Gauchos still roam. Every bite was a celebration of the country's rich culture and culinary heritage. For dessert, we savored the simple yet heavenly chocotorta—a delightful confection made by dipping chocolate cookies into coffee and layering them with a decadent cream of dulce de leche and cream cheese. We received our guests with Gia’s Elixir a cocktail we developed inspired by Earth; and continued with the theme by preparing pulled pork and three sister salad served on home made wheat tortillas.
