    What is this? A Tuesday share? Yeah, I like to shake things up every now and again. And in case you’re not on social media, I figured I’d share my latest video of me creating Undertoe.     I Met a Stoic - Official Selection in the International Poetry Film Festival

    I’m excited to announce that my poetry film, which I created, wrote, and voiced, has been accepted into the International Poetry Film Festival at Beyond Baroque! It’s screening there in Venice, CA, in a room that’s held poets since the 1960s. I’m thrilled to be in the same space where Charles Bukowski and Patti Smith shared their work. A lot of voices have passed through there. I’m happy to follow. 🙌🏼 I’m also sharing it here, for you, my most excellent subscribers. Only here, and at the festival.     You don’t need to do anything with this poem. Or with any poem you ever read. You don’t need to understand it, or respond to it, or turn it into something else, or wonder if it’s true. You can just let it be what it is. I love that. I think Poetry is about noticing.So here’s a prompt to live with… You don’t have to write anything.Just notice one small thing today you usually pass by. Maybe something in your kitchen, office, morning walk. Let yourself stay with what you notice a little longer than you normally would.No meaning required.No takeaway.Just attention.
