Kingdom: Mold You in My Image

Welcome back to today's episode of The Gathering Tabernacle Podcast. Why does the Bible tell us to not be conformed to this world, but rather transformed into the image of God? He is the name above all names. Standing apart from the world means you aren't going to knock other people down because they disagree with you. When in the body of Christ, we are here on the same team being molded into God's image so instead of tearing each other down we need to be building each other up to further the Kingdom. This is part of being transformed because the world says if you disagree with me, you hate me, but God says to stand on HIS word and not the word of man. You can't go into the world to try to change things for the better if you aren't willing to be molded into God's image. You need to ask God to see others the way He sees them. When you lay your life down and choose Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior in your daily walk, He gives you His power/authority to be used here on earth. You don't have to believe you are worthless. You don't have to believe that you are stupid. You don't have to live in fear of everything. There is freedom in the name of Jesus! God says He doesn't give you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind in Him!  Please subscribe to receive notifications of future episodes and leave a comment/review. Kingdom: Reflecting Relationship

Welcome back to today's episode of The Gathering Tabernacle Podcast. Have you taken time to reflect on your relationship with God? Is your relationship functioning according to His will, or is it functioning for your glory/benefit? Have you manufactured a god in your own image rather than fully submitting to the one true living God? Do you share your opinions/beliefs over truth? There is not my truth or your truth but the ONLY truth that is the Word of the living God. Some of these questions might make you uncomfortable and make you take some time to reevaluate your relationship. Isn't it worth it to be uncomfortable to address the hard questions if it means you're saving people from hell instead of sending them there. You may think, "my intentions are good, and God only judges my heart". This is true and God does judge your heart so don't be ignorant to His word because your relationship might be a lie you've created in your head. The world and God need you to be the best you can be IN HIM. Not the best you in yourself, but the best you that abides in God. Too many of us want to receive the miracles/healings from God but don't want anything to do with laying our lives down and building a relationship with Him. Kingdom: Power of the Praying Church

Welcome back to today's episode of The Gathering Tabernacle podcast. We have guest speaker, Jake Kail teaching what happens when the church decides to constantly be in prayer. There is power from God within a praying church. In the early church, prayer was not a last resort but rather a lifestyle. Prayer was a priority to them and should be for us as well. Notice what the early church didn't do. They didn't start protests or petitions, but they would instead petition God. Many churches/Christians today believe that others will share the gospel so why would they have to. The heart of Jesus is not to keep your salvation to yourself. That is not the will of God. Who is going to pray for your family or co-workers if you aren't? What right do we have to try to change God's house? Jesus said His Father's house is a house of prayer. There's a lot of false advertisement in American churches. How do you claim to have a house of God when you don't have prayer as the foundation? It can't be a house of God if there is lack in the prayer life. As we learned in the previous episodes with Jake Kail, we need to have our secret place of prayer. We also need time to pray together as a church. It is okay to pray together! Please subscribe to receive notifications of future episode and leave a comment/review.
