I was curios about the partnership ABSIP, SAVCA (Episode 4 featured Tshepiso, the CEO of SAVCA), and GIBBS have entered into to deliver the SAVCA-GIBS Foundation Programme in Private Equity. In their own words; “The course will focus on the latest insights, best practice and experiences from industry professionals about the Private Equity value chain.” Langa, also points out that ESG is a integral part of the programme in order to develop future-proof talent for the industry and its transformation. We also touch on the ESG experience at Summit Africa, and how they are meeting the challenges of this evolving discipline head-on. Not only in building the capacity internally, but in how they have defined the very DNA of their firm.
