This woman is a GIFT my friend. The more I read her stories, the more my soul breathes, feels and becomes willing to hold more... more joy, more hardship. Kym Coco emailed me with a wicked "resume like" podcast application. I googled her - is this real? She is beyond real. She is soft and strong, sad and ever expanding in love, so open to life, all of it. She has a big story to share, to inspire with and to lead by example in the power of agency, choice, and supernatural connection. Listen deeply when she describes love near the end. I went on a journey listening and you will too. How can I summarize her journey.... When she said YES to pursuing yoga training in South Africa, her life trajectory aligned. Each choice after lead her to more of her WHOLE SELF. Her "trust stamina" grew stronger and life's wonderful and heartbreaking "plot twists" kept her finding out more about she is. Kym chose to fall in love with Steve, chose life with him over building a family, travelled the US with him, teaching people "emotional kinesiology... Wrote books together.... And stayed by him as he fell ill and transiitoned out of his "meat suit." Then she sat in big fat confronting grief..... And held herself there. Didn't rush, sure avoided at times, but allowed it. Accepted it. Learned to live with it and live through it and love even more because of it..... Her connected to her spirituality, to the oneness of the true vast supernatural.... is how she thrives and processes what happens to her. With a degree in Kinesiology, several books, a gorgeous blog, a yoga business, a ladies golf coaching business and so much more, Kym continues to embrace her expansion. Our organic conversation is so beautiful, so relatable to day to day life and will help you breathe life into your spirit to make each day count as a crucial part of your life masterpiece. 2. Tammi Lipp, CEO of Sacred Philosophies

    4D AGO

Tammi Lipp, CEO of Sacred Philosophies

I have known Tammi for YEARS. We hit it off immediately and have been growing our friendship, online, since we met. But I truly cannot wait to her hug in person one day! Having her on the show has also been years in the making. And you know what, sometimes we can make that mean something about ourselves, the other person, something else. But what I have learned is ALL THINGS IN GOOD TIME. Tammi & I don't waste any time diving into IDENTITY. Sense of self. growth, awareness, all the juicy stuff that drives me and you everyday to stretch. Tammi was living inside herself. Life looked fine enough on paper - great husband, cute kid, decent job. But her soul was restless and, until Tammi started really facing herself, it was also stuck. Do you know that feeling? An internal churning and yearning, desire for freedom when in the end - you are they key. We found each other through a life coach. That coach helped us both set ourselves free. So we truly speak from experience in showing up differently, while cherishing those in our life (that we want to keep!) and bringing them along with us. Tammi's "soul upgrade" led her to quit her real estate job, go for it with her hair colour, forgive herself for performing and letting people walk all over her.... It also reminded her of how freaking cool she is, what incredible gifts she has and how important and FUN it is to "show them off" - but not from ego. From passion, service, connection. Creating something meaningful and real. While still running her son to school, supporting and managing her husband's (sweet) airbrushing business (https://festercustomairbrushing.bigcartel.com/). And finally launching her own business in intuitive readings and women's circles. Can you be so audacious to be your true big bad self, in confidence and shame free? Fully embrace all of who you are, in the day to day life you are living now? Let us stop trying to escape our current reality and chase another one. instead, let's wholly embrace the life we are living in and make it the most amazing place to be. Earbuds in! LET'S GO!!! Hang out with Tammi via: https://www.facebook.com/tammilipp https://www.instagram.com/tammilipp/ And join her LIVING OUT LOUD Membership here: Intuitive Immersion https://app.paperbell.com/checkout/packages/198870 (Intuitive Immersion) Intuitive Foundations https://app.paperbell.com/checkout/packages/198848 *** Ready to active yourself in your life? For the woman with ambition and laundry. For the woman not looking escape but to fully LIVE. For the woman with a job, a full calendar, people depending on her… and a deep, steady knowing that she’s meant to feel more connected than this. Not someday. In her actual life. Now. In between. ALIVE. Imagine feeling deep within "I know who I am. I trust how I’m living." This is what we build in The Everyday Woman Awakening. 6 weeks. 4 pillars. 5 women + Me. Not me nattering at you, me beside you, you beside each other. Walking it out. Anchoring it in. BECOMING the woman you have been waiting for. We start May 6 or May 8 (Choose Wed or Fri cohort). https://canva.link/xko36b19pxzjegf

Candice Neveu, CEO of Improve Yourself

This conversation was so rich and so tangible with tiny shifts that you can make throughout your day-to-day to truly change your life. Candice Neveu is a life coach for ambitious, high performing women feeling burn out and unsure of how to change. This is a journey she's walked out in her own life in the last ten years especially. From hating her "good job" and quitting after launching a business, raising kids, avoiding a deteriorating marriage which eventually did end anyway, Candice has had to face herself over and over again. She's now learning about herself more deeply, accepting all of who is more fully, and reaching for more courage and self trust at every step. With grace, self awareness and - even if lacking at times - patience, her last decade has reshaped her into the most beautiful version yet. She's choosing herself first, for basically the first time since she left home, and taking that relationship to limitless possibilities. We really speak life into the concepts of capacity, self-regulation growth, accountability.... All the beautiful personal development things in a very practical "among your day to day" way. I couldn't get enough of this conversation, being a little over an hour long haha but I'm sure you'll find it flies by. And please connect with either of us about what shifted or was revealed for you in this episode. We are here to support your journey. Follow Candice via: www.facebook.com/cvneveucoaching www.facebook.com/candice.neveu And www.improveyourself.ca **** And stay tuned for a couple of cool new invitations from me. I'm creating an unlisted channel on YouTube featuring my foundational "four pillars for a powherfull life" and currently working on beautiful sales page for The Everyday Woman Awakening, where you from go from placid and monotone to feeling connected and alive in your day-to-day while building something bigger!!! 4. Stacy Heisey-Terrell, Career Ownership Coach

    MAR 17

    Stacy Heisey-Terrell, Career Ownership Coach

What happens when the life you built… no longer feels like it fits? In this episode, I sit down with Stacy Heisey-Terrell, a Career Ownership Coach who spent nearly 30 years in Human Resources before making a bold and deeply personal pivot — from serving organizations to helping individuals design careers that actually serve them. And this conversation? It’s for every woman who has ever felt the quiet nudge… the “there has to be more than this” whisper… even when everything looks fine on paper. Stacy’s corporate journey spanned industries — legal, healthcare, insurance, energy, and local government — and with it came the full spectrum of experiences many women know all too well: unfulfilled promotions, long hours, burnout, and even being the one tasked with delivering layoffs. She calls them the “taps on the shoulder” — those moments life uses to gently (and sometimes not so gently) ask you to pay attention. For Stacy, those taps eventually became impossible to ignore. A remote consulting role gave her a glimpse into a different way of living and working — one that felt more flexible, more aligned, and more her. And with the support of her husband (and one very honest question: “Why would you go back to that?”), she began to explore something new. Not a perfect plan. Not a guaranteed outcome. But a possibility. Today, Stacy helps what she calls “corporate refugees” explore business ownership and redefine success on their own terms — whether that means more time, more freedom, or simply feeling like themselves again in their work. This episode is full of powerful mindset shifts that will stay with you: Reframing risk: what if a 30% chance of failure actually means a 70% chance of success? Asking the better question: How will I feel in 10 years if I don’t do this? And learning that curiosity — not certainty — is often the first step forward But beyond the strategy, what I love most about Stacy’s story is this: She’s not just creating a new career for herself — she’s creating a new legacy. One that her four daughters get to witness in real time. One that shows them that success isn’t linear, and that it’s always okay to choose again. Because life is wild. Life is messy. But your work? That gets to evolve with you. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overlooked, burned out, or quietly ready for something different — this conversation will meet you right where you are. You can follow Stacy at: www.MyLifeMyBiz.com www.linkedin.com/in/stacyheiseyterrell Book a free discovery call with Stacy and receive a copy of her book! **** Your invitation to my world is open sister. 5. Lindsay Friedman, CEO & Founder of CareBloom and LTNav

    MAR 11

Lindsay Friedman, CEO & Founder of CareBloom and LTNav

Some women build businesses. Some women build solutions that change lives. And some women do both — while still showing up as mothers, partners, and everyday humans navigating the real rhythm of life. In this episode, I sit down with Lindsay Friedman, a four-time business founder whose work is helping families across the USA navigate one of life’s most complex and emotional realities: long-term care for family elders. Her work combines heart, passion and a whole lot of purpose. But behind it all is a very real, very everyday woman figuring out daily balance with all of who she is. When we recorded this conversation, she was nine days away from leaving for a family vacation… which meant the very real entrepreneurial dance of wrapping up work, holding the team, moving big projects forward, and making space to step away. It’s the kind of behind-the-scenes moment that reminds us: even women building extraordinary things are still living ordinary, full lives. Lindsay’s journey began more than two decades ago as a nursing assistant working in memory care, hospice, and assisted living. Witnessing the decline of her own grandmother opened her eyes to the immense emotional, logistical, and financial strain families face when navigating care for loved ones. That experience became the catalyst for the mission she’s been pursuing ever since. Today, Lindsay leads two companies tackling what experts call the “silver tsunami”—the rapidly growing need for elder care as millions of people age. Her company Carebloom develops innovative technology that helps families monitor the well-being of loved ones at home, while LTCareNav provides a free, AI-powered platform to help families create personalized long-term care plans and avoid costly, reactive decisions during moments of crisis. But this conversation isn’t just about startups and systems. It’s about resilience. It’s about learning to see failure not as defeat, but as information. It’s about pivoting through moments like the COVID pandemic and continuing to build anyway. And it’s about the quiet courage of women who keep showing up — for their work, their families, and their purpose — even when the path isn’t linear. Lindsay reminds us that building a meaningful life isn’t about arriving at some perfect destination. It’s an ongoing unfolding. A constant learning. A balancing. A becoming. If you’ve ever wondered how women hold ambition, family, responsibility, and purpose all at once… this conversation will speak to you. And if you’re over 50 or caring for aging loved ones, Lindsay also shares why proactive care planning might be one of the most important conversations your family can have. 6. Juli Miezejeski, CEO of Life Coaching with Juli

    MAR 5

Juli Miezejeski, CEO of Life Coaching with Juli

Juli Miezejeski spent nearly thirty years in the corporate world as a mid-level executive in high-tech, consulting, and publishing. She has an MBA in marketing and management science, by every metric she was “successful” - on the outside. Internally her spirit kept whispering to her - see me, feel this. And it grew in a pivotal moment with an executive coach, at her work, showed her a different way to create impact. A way that wasn’t just about performance — but about transformation. After experiencing a coaching session, Juli felt an activation that could not be ignored so she pursued certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and eventually quit her job to pursue coaching full time. She wanted to reach others like her and help them go from Stuck to Unstuck to Unstoppable (which she later wrote a book about!). Today, as a Certified Professional Coach and mental fitness trainer, Juli partners with women who are ready to move beyond achievement into alignment. Beyond status into spirit. Beyond checking boxes into living on purpose. My conversation with Juli was rich, really explaining the difference between identity work and more accomplishments. Sometimes coaching seems like a way to get more, when really it should be about becoming more of who you are. And sometimes we pursue big life changes to get more, when what we need to be doing is simply finding more of ourselves (not external "things"). If you are feeling a bit empty spiritually this conversation is for you. We go through the revelation of ourselves and how it shows up in our life, because of who we are being, not what we are collecting.
