Motorola rollable smartphone

Motorola rollable smartphone concept [Image of Motorola rollable smartphone concept] Motorola's rollable concept phone is a smartphone with a flexible display that can be rolled up or down to change its size. It was first unveiled at MWC 2023, and it is still in the early stages of development. The phone has a 5-inch display when it is rolled up, and it can be extended to a 6.5-inch display when it is fully unrolled. This makes it a very versatile device, as it can be used as a compact and pocketable phone, or as a larger phone with a more immersive display for watching videos or playing games. The rollable display is made of a thin and flexible material that is wrapped around a motorized roller. When the user double-taps the power button, the motor rolls the display up or down, depending on the desired size. The phone also has a number of other interesting features, such as a selfie camera that is hidden under the display and a second screen on the back of the phone. The back screen can be used for notifications, or it can be used as a second display for multitasking. The Motorola rollable concept phone is still in the early stages of development, and it is not yet clear when it will be released to the market. However, it is a very promising device, and it could represent the future of smartphones. Here are some of the potential benefits of rollable smartphones: * **Versatility:** Rollable smartphones can be used as compact and pocketable phones when rolled up, or as larger phones with more immersive displays when unrolled. * **Durability:** Rollable smartphones have fewer moving parts than foldable smartphones, which could make them more durable. * **Immersive experience:** Rollable smartphones can provide a more immersive experience for watching videos or playing games, as the display can be expanded to a larger size. * **Multitasking:** Rollable smartphones can be used for multitasking, as the back screen can be used for notifications or as a second display. Overall, rollable smartphones have the potential to be more versatile, durable, and immersive than traditional smartphones.
