The MK Party rebuilds its top six again: John Hlophe out, Duduzane Zuma in, and a strategic leadership body that lasted exactly one week. South Africa's High Commissioner to India is recalled after a temple photograph with Jacob Zuma and Ajay Gupta — but DIRCO decides against disciplinary action. The Madlanga Commission spends a third week pulling apart IDAC, the unit that made the arrests. And in the Western Cape High Court, AfriForum, the DA and the IRR argue to have sections of the Expropriation Act struck down, putting a governing party on the opposite side of the room from the President.
