STAND (week 3)

October 25, 2026 I am not alone, I am not unprotected and God is on my side! For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. Psalm 91:11–12 For through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see—such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him. He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together. Colossians 1:16–17 God Sends His Angels to Stand Guard Over His People No Power Outranks Jesus. No Authority Is Greater Than His. No Throne Is Higher Than His. For through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together. Colossians 1:16–17 Perspective Shift The Enemy May Have A Plan But God Has The Final Word Action Steps 1. PAUSE: Stop listening to your feelings and start talking to your soul. 2. PIVOT: Turn your attention to the character of God and the truth of His Word. 3. PROCLAIM: Speak truth out loud and need to remember: Jesus is Lord. God hasn’t abandoned me. I can trust Him with what I can’t control.

STAND (week 2)

October 18, 2026 Demonic forces are finite, heavily restricted and entirely on a divine leash. Our goal today is to demolish the fear. One day the members of the heavenly court came to present themselves before the Lord, and the Accuser, Satan, came with them. “Where have you come from?” the Lord asked Satan.Satan answered the Lord, “I have been patrolling the earth, watching everything that’s going on.” Then the Lord asked Satan, “Have you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earth. He is blameless—a man of complete integrity. He fears God and stays away from evil.” Satan replied to the Lord, “Yes, but Job has good reason to fear God. You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is! But reach out and take away everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face!” “All right, you may test him,” the Lord said to Satan. “Do whatever you want with everything he possesses, but don’t harm him physically.” So Satan left the Lord’s presence. Job 1:6–12 These people are false apostles. They are deceitful workers who disguise themselves as apostles of Christ. New living translations show us that even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no wonder that his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. In the end they will get the punishment their wicked deeds deserve. 2 Corinthians 11:13–15 Demonic Forces Are Bound by Strict Divine Boundaries The Enemy’s Primary Weapon Is Deception Not Omnipotence The Greatest Spiritual Dangers Often Times Don’t Look Demonic; They Look Harmless Three Question Filter □ Does it align with Scripture □ Does it honor Jesus? □ Does it produce spiritual life or quiet bondage? Battle Plan □ Write the lie □ Find the truth □ Share it with someone you trust this week □ Write one verse of absolute truth

STAND (week 1)

A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. Ephesians 6:10 We need to recognize the origin of pride Your heart was filled with pride because of all your beauty. Your wisdom was corrupted by your love of splendor. Ezekiel 28:17 We need to recognize the organization of the enemy Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:11-12 We need to recognize the strategy of the attack Stand firm against all strategies of the devil. God’s Word Is Our Foundation All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 The Gospel Is Our Message For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. Romans 1:16 Our Church Is a Family Not an Event So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family. Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself... Ephesians 2:19–22 Foundational Areas • GOD’S WORD… OPEN IT • THE GOSPEL… SPEAK IT • CHURCH FAMILY… JOIN IT

Then the eleven disciples left for Galilee, going to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him—but some of them doubted! Then Jesus says: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:16-20 Am I actually following Jesus? Who am I helping follow Jesus? Who are they helping follow Jesus? Who has God already placed around you?

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:16–20 God has built His church to move toward people, not away from them. Jesus Sends Us Under His Absolute Authority I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Matthew 28:18 Then the eleven disciples left for Galilee…. Matthew 28:17 We Reach People Where They Already Are …baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you... Matthew 28:19-20 Saved people reach people We Reach People Who Reach People (Multiplication) And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:20 Three Simple Steps We are built to reach people who reach their city by making disciples who make disciples. 1. Identify: Write down the name or initials of your ONE .2. Intercede: Set a daily alarm on your phone for 11:28 AM every day this week reminding you of Matthew 11:28 to pause for 30 seconds and pray for God to soften their heart.3. Invite / Initiate: Send them one simple text message. Ask how they are doing, offer to buy them a coffee or let them know you're thinking about them.

God Restores You So You Can Run Again Then the Lord told him, “Go back the same way you came, and travel to the wilderness of Damascus. When you arrive there, anoint Hazael to be king of Aram. Then anoint Jehu grandson of Nimshi to be king of Israel, and anoint Elisha son of Shaphat from the town of Abel-meholah to replace you as my prophet.” 1 king 19:15-16 God Interrupts Your Field So, Elijah went and found Elisha son of Shaphat plowing a field. There were twelve teams of oxen in the field, and Elisha was plowing with the twelfth team. Elijah went over to him and threw his cloak across his shoulders and then walked away. Elisha left the oxen standing there, ran after Elijah, and said to him, “First let me go and kiss my father and mother good-bye, and then I will go with you!” Elijah replied, “Go on back, but think about what I have done to you.” So,Elisha returned to his oxen and slaughtered them. He used the wood from the plow to build a fire to roast their flesh. He passed around the meat to the townspeople, and they all ate. Then he went with Elijah as his assistant. 1 King 19:19-21 We Must Remember the Power Isn't in the Person; It’s in the Presence When the Lord was about to take Elijah up to heaven in a whirlwind, Elijah and Elisha were traveling from Gilgal… Then Elijah folded his cloak together and struck the water with it. The river divided, and the two of them went across on dry ground! When they came to the other side, Elijah said to Elisha, “Tell me what I can do for you before I am taken away.” And Elisha replied, “Please let me inherit a double share of your spirit and become your successor.” “You have asked a difficult thing,” Elijah replied. “If you see me when I am taken from you, then you will get your request. But if not, then you won’t.” As they were walking along and talking, suddenly a chariot of fire appeared, drawn by horses of fire. It drove between the two men, separating them, and Elijah was carried by a whirlwind into heaven. Elisha saw it and cried out, “My father! My father! I see the chariots and charioteers of Israel!” And he saw him no more. He picked up Elijah’s cloak… and struck the water with it… The river divided, and Elisha went across. 2 Kings 2:8-14 "Where is the LORD, the God of Elijah?" 2 Kings 2:14b
