As we start out Season 2,  I want to thank everyone for the support in the inaugural season of the podcast.  It has been a lot of fun!  In this episode I talk a little about what I have been up to lately and dive in to a relatively new hobby to me but one that is really satisfying.  Processing my own venison! I partnered up with my brother to buy all the equipment needed to process and make all the delicious food that we love from venison we harvested.  Brats, jerky, summer sausage, snack sticks etc.  I talk about each piece of equipment we have purchased along with the seasonings and products we use to make it all.  It makes my mouth water just thinking about it.  Enjoy!

We hope you enjoyed the last 4 episodes of the late season sessions.  We had a lot of fun bringing you nightly updates of our hunts throughout the week in Iowa.  In this episode,  we reflect on this past year's hunts and the takeaways that we have as well as  the changes we want to implement for 2024.  I APPRECIATE YOU ALL. 

In this episode we talk about Thad passing up on the 1st buck we have seen while on stand.  We also dive deep into our clothing that we wear from the beginning of season until late season.

Another day in the books.  We are moving cameras and setting stands trying to figure out how the deer are moving.  

We are back in Iowa for the late season trying to fill an archery tag for Thad.  The weather is unseasonably warm but you can't kill them sitting on the couch.   This is the 1st of the daily updates that we will be sharing the entire time we are in Iowa.  Listen in as we try to knock down an Iowa giant!  WELCOME TO THE LATE SEASON SESSIONS.
