We went all over the map discussing identity, creation, art, language, the relationship between Sun and Saturn, the Aries/Libra axis, you vs other, creating for yourself vs creating for others, ritual, magic, planetary relationships, and *the wildly epic astrological deck Hugh is creating!* This is an extremely special episode because viewers will engage directly with planetary spirits in their visual forms through Hugh’s designs. Thus, this episode comes with the ever present warning on this show to stay aware of yourself when watching and to take care of yourself always. And these designs are not available anywhere yet, so *extremely special* is quite an understatement honestly. Hugh is an astrologer, designer, and artifex based currently on the occupied lands of the western United States. He is an occultist who walks an ever-evolving eclectic path in magic and the Mysteries. Hugh is deeply fascinated by languages— how words, symbols, and scripts bridge divides across time, cultures, and societies to bring wisdom to contemporary challenges. Outside of his astrological work, he loves to cook and has an experimental approach to food, striving to add color and richness to a lifestyle very much oriented towards physical and mental well-being. And no surprise this episode is arriving late since Mars has passed Aquarius, but of course Saturn-ruled Mars had to take their sweeeeet time being ready to publish!
