    How do I stick to my routines, divide my time perfectly, and just feel like I have my shit together

    This is the last episode of Confidently Clueless Season 1! (I will be back in September with brand new episodes so don’t go anywhere). For this episode it is just me again and I chat about the volunteering I will be doing in Norway this summer and some topics that have been on my mind a lot lately. I talk about the pressure of sticking to the “perfect” routine and why it is so freaking hard to create a habit of doing things that you know are good for you and will improve your life. I also chat about the pressure that I put on myself (and I think we all do) of spending my time the best way possible and knowing how to perfectly divide it so I have time to see my friends, family, for myself, cook, exercise, work, and just everything in life.     The Perfect Dish (being scared of stability & exploring spirituality ft Camila Elejalde)

    Welcome back to another episode of Confidently Clueless. This week I am sitting down with another one of my spanglish speaking friends, Camila. We start this episode by talking about our use of spanglish and having a hard time feeling confident speaking Spanish even if it is our first language. She shares with me her experience with moving all around the globe from a very young age and how that has led her to have a hard time settling in one place and fighting against the urge of escaping when things get hard. We talk about the pressure of always being the new kid, aka the perfect dish (you will understand this reference when you listen to it).     The Pressure of Being "Interesting" (ft Denim Diaz)

    This week I am joined by one of my closest friends dating back all the way to middle school, Denim Diaz. She is a senior program coordinator currently living in North Jersey. We sit down to chat about chasing an imaginary feeling of satisfaction, fighting against always wanting more, & the pressure of wanting to be interesting. How many times have you done something you didn't necessarily want to just for "the story"? I mean we all have been there. We also talk about people pleasing, not expecting people to be mind readers, and coming to the conclusion that being direct and communicative is being kind.     Reintroducing Yourself to Yourself (ft Christina Grieco)

    TW: Eating Disorder In this week's episode I am joined by my wonderful friend from High School Christina Grieco. She is a photographer, a waitress, a history aficionado & many more things. We chat about embarking on a journey of self discovery, changing our inner monologue, and trying to change past behaviors that no longer serve us. Christina shares with us her experience with an eating disorder and her recovery journey.     Trading in Fear for Curiosity (ft Emily Boyle)

This week I am joined by Emily Boyle, who is currently living in Geneva where she is doing an internship in the media section of human rights at the UN (very cool stuff). In this episode we chat about her networking tactics and how being interested, curious and a little mischievous can lead you down amazing paths.     Setting your own pace and leaning into it (ft Elisse Hanssen)

    Hello everybody! This week I am joined by Elisse Hanssen (another one of my college friends hehe). We chat about moving in back home after college and how she went from feeling like a loser to leaning into her new life and finding a new version of herself. She talks about her experience with anxiety and depression and how we have to honor our own timeline and realize that maybe taking things “slow” is the best thing for our mental health. We also realize that we may just have more fun staying in and puzzling & that if we do go out ordering a sparkling non alcoholic beverage is the way to go. Thank you everybody so much for listening.     Redefining Success & Productivity

    Welcome back to another episode of Confidently Clueless! This week it's just me, the mic, and my rambling thoughts. In this episode I talk about needing to redefine success, productivity, and rest. I chat about how we need to view rest as a necessity and not something to be earned, doing things just for fun and with no specific purpose in mind, and trying to find a way to be content with what we have right now and focusing on the little things. It is not a "how to", it's just me sharing some of my thoughts & reminders that I think could help us all.     Finding your voice in the workplace

    In this week’s episode my beautiful friend Lily Kozak returns to chat about getting jobs and navigating the workplace in our early 20’s. We talk about being an entry level worker, figuring out our boundaries & what is normal or not, learning to ask for what we need in the workplace and not focusing on being likable. We also talk about her experience getting a promotion and the pressure/guilt we feel at times for not always being career driven and wanting to prioritize our rest.
