Brilliant podcast

In a time of sincere and great need for mental health I immensely appreciate this podcast. The information is a great stepping stone to get the help one needs to be productive and to reach the sanity we all deserve. It’s wonderful to hear a podcast from a minority pov. The Hmong experience in America was born from trauma and needs this podcast’s encouragement and engagement to get better! Thank you.
