Hi, I'm Christine, and this is my story. Unmuzzling myself through the medium of podcasting, I'll be sharing some stories and moments in my life that I have never shared with another soul before. Through the years of trauma, near death escapes, substance abuse, domestic violence, suicide attempts, the lot. When it's written down like that it sounds like a f*cking horror story. But the ending is not bleak! My life went through a 180 transformation. Meditation, journaling, mindfulness. It's never too late to change your path. Join me in rediscovering life at 67.

    Well, Unmuzzled Conversations draws to a close! We hope you've enjoyed this time with us. We've covered all the way from post-war Glasgow, to the very recent cyber-space millennia! During the course of the series we've also focused in on Tommy and Stuart. Tommy told us about his journey from playing in the church band, to becoming a life long musician! And all that that entails. Working with the big names and stars that many of us know. Stuart discussed his incredible travelling story from Algeria back through Europe and home to sunny Scotland. An absolute once in a lifetime experience that he tells so well. And as for me Christine. I want to whole heartedly, deeply, thank all of you who have tuned in. Beginning with my own story of trauma in the Unmuzzled at 67 series to now. I will be taking a hiatus from podcasting for a short while.
