    Why Do We Look Outside of Our Relationships? Many clients have been asking me this, so I recorded my answer. There is nothing "correct" or "incorrect" in a relationship. But there are different relationships for different stages of our lives, and there is a reason we open the container. In this episode I share what I've observed across years of working with women, and across many communities: monogamous, polyamorous, open. We explore: Why people in a phase of self-discovery rarely commit, and why that isn't a flaw but a stage. What happens energetically when you connect intimately with multiple partners, and why a woman focused on her purpose cannot afford scattered energy. The people who commit without having done the inner work. Those who chose a partner for safety, for family, for what society says. And why they will eventually find that person cannot fill their cup. Why sexuality activates karma and wounds. Why the beginning feels like a fairy tale, and why so many leave or look outside exactly when the depth begins. The woman's role in setting the frequency of a relationship, and what happens when she hasn't activated the full spectrum of her eroticism. The archetypes of the feminine that transform intimacy: the innocent, the lover, the devotional lover. And the shadow work required to embody them. Why the other person is not responsible for our needs, but we must still learn to express them. And the thin line between desiring and neediness. Why unclear emotional boundaries create unsafe containers, and why jealousy is a symptom of that, not a character flaw. Why emotional affairs are betrayal too. Emotions are energy.     What means Freedom in Love, Romance, Sexuality

    The Freedom to Love Is it true that everyone wants love? When I look at people who are constantly busy, always working, achieving, and moving, I wonder what they are actually looking for. Because at the end of the day, I think we are all seeking a sense of belonging. A sense of coming home. Some find it through success, work, achievement, or another person. But underneath all of it, there is something much simpler. Home. To feel that we belong somewhere. To feel that we belong with someone. To feel that we can finally exhale. And if we removed all the fear, noise, distractions, and expectations of what people, our families, or society might think—if we didn’t have to worry about money, survival, providing, proving, or performing—what would we choose? I have a feeling most human beings would choose love. To spend time with someone they truly love. To give and receive love. To feel loved.

    Why do so many successful women struggle in intimacy? In this talk, I explore one of the most paradoxical dynamics of our time: women who have achieved extraordinary levels of independence, leadership, and visibility in the world often find themselves facing profound challenges in love, intimacy, and emotional connection. Drawing from my work with thousands of women in the fields of feminine embodiment, leadership, and relational dynamics, I unpack the difference between feminism as a historical movement for rights and true feminine power as an embodied state of wholeness. This conversation explores how unresolved generational wounds, suppressed rage, and subtle forms of relational revenge can unconsciously shape the way women approach intimacy today. We dive into the deeper layers of the feminine psyche: the loneliness between women, the loss of safe sisterhood, the tension between independence and vulnerability, and the collective nervous system that has learned to protect itself by numbing rather than feeling.
