The Piste Take

New to the sport, I have a lot to learn. Even though the boyz talk way above my head, I’m beginning to appreciate the nuances of the track by listening. My best days on the bike are long past, but I continue to train to race because it’s a challenge, keeps me in the gym and on the bike. Jonny and Lewis bring a nice vibe to the small group that is track cycling, with occasional turns to the absurd. I nearly drove off the road when they had Matt Richo on in episode 1: the beginning of the legend of sneaky sausage. Not much since then about the slithering snake, but I will be listening for it. Well done, lads! For those of us that are novice and self coaching, it’d be interesting to hear what coaches for juniors would look like. Cheers!

I came to track cycling late in life. This show, the hosts and the guests make it a sport I can follow without being plugged in day to day. Bravo!
