    As 1 Corinthians 6:19 states; “Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own.” So w/that being said, why are you trying to control every aspect of your being as if you can? Don’t give the enemy the space to exploit you. Take up his yoke as you carry your cross! You will find rest for your souls. Matthew 11:29. God bless you!

    A word of encouragement that a day of rest is not only required scientifically, but also biblically! Outside of that, we should also be taking time out every day to acknowledge our God.     Not really a snack cause I was long winded today..so rather a meal lol I had time today. Anyhow, I appreciate all the listens from beginning to present. Never thought I’d be doing stuff like this but I’m grateful you’ve taken the time to listen. Today we discuss being chosen according to the word. And because we are chosen, we must study and eat the word to fulfill the promise. It’s not a easy task. But when you realize whose you are, it becomes easier and better with time. God bless you!
