    Hypno Laugh - Day 2

    Send us a text Welcome to Day 2 of Hypno Laugh. We are laughing to relax our critical, analytical mind. Breathe in, and your hands float up gently. Breathe out, and your hands float down gently. Imagine we're making gently eye contact. Breathe in. Now see if your laughter can flow as you exhale. The more we laugh, the more our muscles relax. Send me a note to let me know how you're feeling and if you're going to laugh with us again tomorrow. ------------------------------ Why are we laughing? We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that! Be gentle with yourself. Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.     Send us a text It was an honour and so special to laugh and chat with one of my former acting teachers, Dale Hayes. Most people wait to feel happy to laugh.
