    Turn Chaos into Calm Laugh

    Send us a text How can you turn chaos into calm? You can laugh. You can use wireless noise-cancelling headphones You can pet an animal. We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that! Be gentle with yourself. Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.     Replace Darkness with Light Laugh

    When the World Feels Heavy - Breathe - Hum - Ha Ha

    Send us a text What can we do to find relief if the World is feeling Heavy? We can use our breath to find relief. Breathe In. Sigh as you exhale. Breathe In. Hum and smile as you exhale.
