    Saudi Arabian Muslim Pressed on Quran Burnings, Trinity, and John 5

    The plan I had going into this conversation was to run the Islamic Dilemma on the meaning of the title Messiah. The Quran believes Jesus is NOT God but calls him Messiah, which according to Isaiah 9:6, is a title of divine identity. This Muslim very clearly would not stay on that topic so I called an audible and allowed him to press me on the reliability of the gospel of John so that I could reverse the uno card and expose the double standard with the hadith on Uthman's Quran burnings. As per usual, when backed into a corner the escape hatch for the Muslim is to attack the Trinity. It was a dodge but I allowed it for educational purposes.     Nigerian Humanist Stunned By God's Response to Evil | Gospel to the Nations

    Amazing conversation with Theresa from Nigeria! She asked great questions on a hard topic: evil and what God is doing abou it. Christians listening, I want you guys to see my approach to handling this topic and use a similar tactic. We have to answer the problem of evil the way God does throughout the Scripture, by pointing our eyes to his two big actions against evil: the cross of Christ and the return of Christ. Remind people that they are not passive spectators to evil but, in truth, they are active participants in evil. The evil we have committed can be forgiven or it can be judged, you choose which one.
