    Summer Series 2026 The List Family Murders Part 4

    In part four of summer series 2026 we are going through the List families life living in Westfield, New Jersey. This episode has a range of emotions from moving into a brand new house to the List’s quickly realizing that they cannot afford it. Along with mounting health issues from Helen and the children rapidly growing up and realizing that their lives were vastly different than those of their peers.     Right now in true crime:  Barry Morphew trial date set, Ohio case update (Suder family)  in 1990 in Missoula Montana, 2 elderly women were killled both had resided at a local nursing home, when the second woman was kidnapped from ger bed and murdered it made staff question if the first death was really natural causes, turned out these 2 deaths were connected. For years the case remain unsolved until retesting of DNA gave us a suspect.     Summer Series 2026: The List Family Murders Part 3

    In part three, we are going to break down the last few years before John and Helen make the move to Westfield New Jersey. John continues to try to hold down the List family home, all while his world is crumbling personally, losing two jobs in a row. Helen is still struggling medically with her illness, which keeps tension between John and Helen, and the mounting pressure of trying to keep his family intact is starting to affect John, Helen and the whole family.     In part two of summer series, we are going to be discussing John meeting his wife, Helen, which would then start a trend of John constantly living in the shadow of Helen’s first husband Marvin, who was killed in the war. We dive in to the inner workings of Helen and John’s early years together and them eventually going on to marry and start a family together that consisted of 3 children and a daughter from Helen’s first marriage, despite their growing family Helen was hiding a secret, one that kept her sick more often than not. In episode one of this Summer series, we are going to discuss the backstory of John Emil List and all of the inner workings of he and his family.
