In Exodus 3, Moses was one turn away from discovering that what he called the backside of the desert, God called the place of encounter. In John 20, Mary was looking at the tomb—fixed on what she thought she had lost—until she heard Jesus call her name. She turned, and what looked like loss was revealed as resurrection. And in 2 Corinthians 3, Paul gives us the pattern: when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. This is not an invitation to try harder. The greatest steps in the Kingdom are not taken through striving, but through surrender. When Moses cried, “Show me Your glory,” God answered with His presence and His rest. And Jesus still says, “Come to Me…and I will give you rest.” There is a fresh turning happening in the Body of Christ—hunger returning and now turning, expectation returning and now turning, attention and affection returning to Jesus. Lesser things are losing their luster as God awakens His sons and daughters to greater glory, deeper rest, fresh revelation, prepared provision, and the restoration of His original design.
