Counseling and Deliverance from Generational Issues with Dr. Phyllis Tarbox

Send us a text In this powerful episode, Dr. Phyllis Tarbox and I dive into an eye-opening conversation about how certain patterns, influences, and sin can enter our lives, and even our family bloodlines — shaping generations. What often appears harmless can sometimes invite spiritual dynamics that keep us bound, hinder our growth, and block us from fully stepping into our God-given purpose. Dr. Phyllis breaks down why these issues take root, how they manifest, and, most importantly, how freedom is possible. With compassion and clarity, she shares how deliverance integrated with counseling can bring deep healing, restoration, and transformation. As the Vice President of Above & Beyond Counseling Ministries, Dr. Phyllis has helped countless children, individuals, couples, and families experience lasting freedom. Above & Beyond’s approach is uniquely designed to bring practical, biblical tools together with deliverance ministry to guide people into wholeness. With a PhD in Clinical Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University, Dr. Phyllis is a Professional Clinical Member of the National Christian Counselors Association, a licensed NCCA Clinical Pastoral Counselor, and an ordained minister. She has also created deliverance training resources and developed a specialized program for ministering deliverance to children. This episode will empower you to understand spiritual doors, generational roots, and how to lovingly walk others through the journey of deliverance with wisdom, grace, and truth. Running After God and Miraculous Healing with Audrey Mack

Send us a text In this episode, Audrey and I have a beautiful conversation about her amazing testimony. Audrey shares her journey from encountering Jesus for the first time in Cannes, France, to leaving everything behind to attend Bible school in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With a bold evangelistic spirit, she opens up about how God chased her down, healed her from bone cancer, and taught her how to walk in authority—with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit guiding every step. Audrey will stir your faith and ignite something fresh within you. Her life is proof that God still heals, still speaks, and still moves with power. Audrey's Story:  Audrey encountered the Lord in a miraculous and unexpected moment in Cannes, France in 1985. Just one year later, she followed His leading across the world to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend Bible school. She is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and Victory World Mission Center and has been in full-time ministry since 1987. Audrey’s deepest desire is simple: to know God intimately and reflect Him to others. With a passion for God’s presence and a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, she has ministered across five continents, helping thousands experience freedom, healing, and purpose. In 1999, Audrey was miraculously healed of bone cancer—an encounter that ignited her mission to bring the message of faith, grace, and healing to this generation. Her heart is to connect people to the Father’s love and teach them how to walk in relationship with the Holy Spirit so they can live fruitful, purposeful lives. Audrey married her husband Frederick in 1999. Frederick, a graduate of Charis Bible College and a successful general contractor, sees his business as ministry. Together, they make a powerful team—Audrey with the grace to go to the nations, and Frederick with the grace to release her to what God has called her to do. Fighting for an Identity with Cecilia McGaw

Send us a text Cecilia and I have an amazing conversation of what it means to be an undocumented young girl crossing the US/Mexico border repeatedly over the course of her childhood. Cecilia says that our childhood years are our most formative ones and the manner in which we process information is impacted by our parents and other influential adults, culture and other factors that stick with us into adulthood. Her childhood was filled with lies she had come to believe about herself. Those lies held her hostage and hindered Cecilia from living the life God purposed and fashioned specially for her. In each seismic event she encountered during adulthood, Cecilia could feel herself being stripped of all the masks she wore in an attempt to protect some fictitious version of herself. Cecilia's hope is that her book, Fighting for an Identity, will help others live a life free of the lies that have held them captive. Our conversation details what it means to come into true understanding of our identities in Christ and how intricately woven together our lives are by God.  To purchase Cecilia's book, go to amazon.com.
