    Hello love bugs! I know I’ve been neglectful, and I apologize! I’ve been away for so long the platform has completely changed. I’m going to have to get reacquainted and back into the flow of things. But I composed something new, and I couldn’t wait to share it. Please forgive me if this does not sound my usual recordings! I will figure it out. I love you guys! Anyway, today’s episode relates to insecurity and what happens when one over thinks. It’s also learning how to overcome and self regulate without having to drag others into the inner workings of your brain…because even if you’re cute and funny…you’re probably not that cute and funny.
