Unfiltered! Keeping it Real in our Hometown

Over the past 14 months, Watonga City Manager, Karrie Beth Little, has opened her preverbal podcast door to transparency in the government workplace and highlighted the city of Watonga. During this time, she has opened our understanding of the manager role and other public sector employee positions and in detail, shared perspectives regarding government officials and legal understandings. As the podcast producer, I find it imperative to advocate for our city and the public sector employees. Our city government deserves to have citizens that understand the great task upon our city organization, advocate on their behalf, take proactive steps to protect their reputations and careers, and share facts that not only promote a healthy community but that also have a vision for the City of Watonga’s future. Karrie Beth’s goal for Watonga is to build a better Watonga, and a supportive team who’s focus is to build a community that supports, develops, and advocates on behalf of Watonga, as well as to have a more informed approach to our public. In today’s episode, some topics Karrie Beth speaks to our community about is the upcoming community coffee and park dedication, a Memorial Day weekend Fly In at the Watonga Regional airport, and the details how to sign up for the upcoming city wide garage sale.
