I'm an intuitive herbalist, medicine woman, musician, design engineer, creatrix, wild woman & dreamer. I live by the cycles of the moon, of mother earth and of my body. Called by wild nature my path took me to the rain forest of Peru where I started our training with the plants and Curanderismo ("shamanism"). Here I met my life-partner Stephan. Together, we have lived, worked, studied and dieted in the jungle with our teacher Don Rono Lopez. Later we have studied with the medicine of Cacao in Central America. In our everyday lives we live together in Denmark connecting with our indigenous landscape and wild Nordic plants. We support people in reconnecting to the wisdom of the plants right outside their doorstep and the land under their feet - both emerged in nature, in retreats and online. He made the metal crafts into a career. Meanwhile, and more and more predominant, the connection to mother nature grew into a strong sense of spirit existing right next to him. He started to learn more about the ‘other world’ and received throughout the years many teachings of bridging soul & spirit with mind & body and mastered Sweatlodges, drum journeys, vision quests, Yoga, Reiki and many more. His medicine in through awareness and presence, in drumming, songs and prayers - as graceful interactions between human, plant and spirit.
