The Church at West End

I do not understand why pastors treat the pulpit like a water cooler, telling stories about their family members, and offering happy birthday to their children and telling stories about when they were children and making up stories about figurative, small kids, interacting with animals and telling tales, expecting their quiet congregations to have to sit there and endure it. When none of it has anything to do with the Bible, and should not be included inside of any podcast. Is preaching just talking? Yes, if you listen to this Pastor. All he does is stand up and start blabbing. No discipline no structure, no value.
