    The Full Moon in Aries is building and there’s a lot of heat moving with this one Anger, frustration, defensiveness and old emotional wounds may be sitting much closer to the surface, particularly with Mars square Chiron woven into this lunation. We may find ourselves reacting strongly to something happening in the present, while underneath it sits something much older asking for our attention. In this episode of Cosmic Harmony, I’m exploring the Aries and Libra axis of self and relationship, what Mars in Cancer brings to this Full Moon, and how we can begin to work with anger as information rather than immediately acting from the heat of it. Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do when our energy feels off is come back to the breath, come back into the body and give ourselves enough space to hear what the feeling is actually trying to tell us.
