We discuss our goals for 2024 and how we plan to meet them. There’s a brief discussion on how music influences society and the difference between the level of standard and accountability male vs female artists are held to.     This week’s episode we have Kay & Yanni join us in discussing a variety of topics big birthday shoutout to them! We start off with Chrisean’s recent reconciliation with child’s father Blueface and her statement of wanting to change their newborns name since they are no longer fighting. Next we discuss allegations of rapper Remy Ma cheating on husband Papoose. We then transition into discussing seasonal depression, our experiences with it, and some ways to cope with it. This leads to a conversation about self care and how it looks different for people as well as different types of self care. Last we get into our “WWSD” (What Would She Do) segment where we give our advice and feedback on questions, scenarios and story times that our followers have submitted.

    This week we have all 4 ladies back in the building! We get started with briefly discussing the rumors that Keke Palmer is now officially single. This leads to a conversation about being a single mother vs a single woman. When witnessing a close friend or family member cheating or attempting to should you mind your business? Afterwards we get into some goals we’ve both accomplished this year and plan to accomplish before the year is over with. As we’re wrapping up we talk about whether or not we feel obligated to support our loved ones business ventures and the different ways to be supportive.     Completely HER is back with another great episode! We start this week with discussing the debate we’ve been seeing online about Jay-Z vs Boosie and our own preferences between the two. Afterwards we discuss the controversial comment Jess Hilarious made on the “gatekeeping of menstruation” by biological women. We then discuss virginity in older women and what doing “everything but” the act of intercourse is as well as our thoughts on the matter. Next we have a discussion about disciplining children and how different it looks from when we were younger. Is it okay to discipline children who aren’t yours? After a few story times, we discuss how staying in a relationship after it’s no longer serving a purpose effects one’s mental health and what rebuilding yourself afterwards looks like. Last but not least we get into our “WWSD” (What Would She Do) segment where we give our advice and feedback on questions, scenarios and story times that our followers have submitted. Next we discuss the duties of a girlfriend vs a wife and if there’s a difference. Then we go into our thoughts on submission.
