    029: Carrie Bobb, Founder & CEO of Carrie Bobb & Co.

    ABOUT TODAY'S GUEST: Carrie Bobb Shope has completed over $2 billion in total consideration with retailers such as lululemon, Sephora, Shake Shack, Cinepolis, Blue Bottle Coffee, North Italia, Salt & Straw, Flower Child, Drybar, Trader Joes and several others. She has represented landlords such as Asana Partners, Kilroy Realty, Bosa Development, Protea Properties, Heitman, Regency Centers and several others. After 16 years with CBRE, Carrie launched her own brokerage firm, Carrie Bobb & Co. in 2018. In 2021, she launched hellojenny and in 2023 she sold hellojenny to Foundry Commercial.  Carrie was the inspiration behind the legislation, Carrie's Law. The federal bill removed arbitration for sexual assault in the workplace, which affected over 60 million Americans. Carrie personally lobbied Members of Congress and Fortune 100 companies. She received endorsements from Intel, Microsoft, Uber, Allstate, and many others. In 2022, legislation passed removing arbitration for sexual assault in employment contracts.    Carrie has been named a Globe St. 2023 Women of Influence and Top Retail Influencer, 2022 Women in Real Estate Leaders, 2021 San Diego Business Journal Business Woman of the Year, and one of the Most Influential Women in Real Estate.
