Bowie turned a reluctant choice into a lifelong family, brotherhood through Omega Psi Phi and resilience shaped a hesitant student into a proud graduate. HBCUs gave us more than education—they gave us purpose, pride, and a deep connection to our culture. This ia a great trend that we have seen. Can Vick turn around the Spartans and lead them to a MEAC Championship? Per the Virginia Pilot  https://www.instagram.com/p/DD7mfaNymNk/?img_index=1  HBCU Legacy- For the past year we there has been a explosion of HBCU enrollments and applications at the following HBCU’sHoward,Spelman, Morgan and Morehouse College.  Why is the interest of HBCU enrollment up right now?  Per Instagram buyblackeconmics  https://www.instagram.com/p/DDH7NHVuDF0/  HBCU Tradition- Netflix has been known to push the boundaries, they have done it again with a New Movie called The Six Triple Eight written and Produced by Tyler Perry about the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, an all-Black and all-female battalion, in World War II.  The 6888th was led by Charity Adams Earley who was assigned to fix the backlog of mail for thousands of American Troops serving in Europe.  With the traveling elements, a foreign country and Racism also dealing with a  rat infested grammar school which they had to turn into barracks.  They had 6 months to fix the mail backlog and did it in 90 days.

This victory marked Hampton's first win against a Power Four program since beating Alabama in 2019. The House vs. NCAA anti-trust lawusuit found that nearly $3 billion is owed to former student-athletes, according to Yahoo Sports.  The damages are largely due to broadcast revenue attributable to Power 5 football and men's basketball as well as NIL, video games and other issues. The NCAA, Big Ten, Big 12, Atlantic Coast Conference, Pac-12 and Southeastern Conference are defendants in the House case, and they are responsible for 24 percent of the money owed. The NCAA national office is expected to pay 41 percent of the damages.
