Episode 24 - LAWSUIT HISTORY: PART 2 (COURT IS IN SESSION)

Part 2 of our Lawsuit history lesson, focusing on the days in court in late 2018. Helpful listening tools: Alva's document/script slideshow All the lawsuit documents Disclaimer: (We go into these in more depth in the episode). No host involved in these episodes has any legal background. All comments are made with personal interpretation of the files provided. IAAE is not monetised and thus no money shall be made from the content produced.  The reasons for covering this topic are as follows: 1. A lot of misinformation has been spread due to hearsay or incomplete research. Putting many rumours to bed 2. When covering our next topic Prequelle we feel a lot of context is needed that would take up too much of the episode Whilst we do not know for sure Tobias' thoughts and feelings on this topic, from our research of interviews presented in this episode we came to the conclusion that it would be okay to talk about this (Quotes from interviews are presented in both episodes). The conclusion from the research we have undergone is everyone is in a better position now than had this never happened, all is groovy. Finally, we are more than happy to have a civil discussion with anyone who has heard the episodes and has questions/counter arguments. As we said we are not legal experts and our interpretation may be incorrect, take it with a pinch of salt. I cannot stress this enough that this is not to bring up old dirt/ hurt anyone's feelings, just as an educational tool for those interested in the history of the band.
