EPISODE 11- 'Perfect, Divine and Painful' with SAYA HAYASHI

Welcome back to Season 2 of The Talk is Cheap Podcast!  We went on sabbatical but WE ARE BACK, which is perfectly fitting because that is one of the themes of this episode with our badass guest, Saya Hayashi. Think of it as a double comeback. Saya Hayashi is a Trauma-informed Tantra Yoga Teacher, Spiral Practitioner and Embodiment Muse. In this episode we speak to the 'elephant in the room' on a topic that a lot of Saya's followers have been wanting answers to for the last couple of years.  During 2022 Saya disappeared online altogether after a very public romance she was cultivating. After that, radio silence. In this episode, we speak to what ACTUALLY went down, and what Saya has learnt from this 'perfect, divine and painful experience'. We speak to the pressure of exposing the  most intimate parts of oneself in the public sphere of social media, the vulnerability and the sometimes necessity of going MIA to return back to yourself in full force.   There is so much juice in this episode, so much wisdom and so much to relate to on the topic of vulnerability, connection, heart-break, fantasy, limerance and what it truly means to be authentic.  A little more about Saya: She is passionate about provoking presence & inviting you to deepen your connection to your animal body. Saya has facilitated trainings in Feminine Temple Arts, Tantric Mystery Schools and advanced Yoga psychology in Australia, Bali and the US. She is a catalyst for transformation, a permission slip for sensual expression and a movement artist & facilitator. Her mission is to lead an embodiment revolution that supports you to live in connection to your feminine current of aliveness. **This episode was recorded in late 2023** We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we enjoyed recording it for you all.  Connect with Julia and Talk is Cheap academy https://www.instagram.com/juliavogl_/?hl=en BE SEEN Public Speaking Workshops in Melbourne - March 23rd- book here:  https://events.humanitix.com/be-seen-gjkxbcts How to connect with Saya: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_sayahayashi/ Website: Www.sayahayashi.com Spotify:  https://open.spotify.com/user/sayamelanieolivia?si=07QTxsQDTXi3VKW8FfWpvA
