Picky Eating Episode fed my picky adult soul

Loved the episode around eating plants & picky eating with ChaCha Miller. It was such a robust discussion around systematic ties to our diets. Made me give myself a little grace on my adult eating habits and lots of insight on how to broach this with the littles. Great great episode.
