  3. #32 Nick Kitchen: Somatic, Systemic & Psychological Awareness

#32 Nick Kitchen: Somatic, Systemic & Psychological Awareness

Nick is a senior executive coach, team coach, coach supervisor, organisational consultant, facilitator, and event speaker. He has more than thirty years of experience supporting the development and success of organisations, their leaders/executives, and coaches in the UK and many parts of the world, across a wide range of sectors. He has co-led the Academy of Executive Coaching’s highly acclaimed Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching for over 12 years, is a long-standing faculty on their Systemic Team Coaching programmes and a sometime guest lecturer on programmes at various Coaching and Business schools including London Business and Said (Oxford) Business school.  His great passion is supporting leaders/coaches in participating effectively in the interplay between their lived, embodied/somatic cognitive experience (their/their clients ‘aliveness’) and the wider system (relationship, team, organisation, world) of which they are both a part and a co-creator. Limited awareness in either (or neither!) domain, soma or system, becoming at least problematic and at worst, disastrous.  To this end he has run Somatic coaching and embodied leadership programmes on leadership programmes and coach trainings, for over 25 years, again in many different parts of the world with their distinct, inherited somatic patterns and challenges; from Estonia, Ukraine & Russia on one side of the world to senior Texan oil executives on the other.  nick@nickkitchen.net Nick's LinkedIn Your Coaching Development I’ve helped hundreds of coaches grow their confidence, impact, and presence.
