    What happens when you can feel your soul calling you toward something more… but following it feels scary?     When Mindset Work Isn’t Enough: The Missing Piece of Manifestation Have you ever done the mindset work, shifted your beliefs, said the affirmations and visualised the life you desire — yet still feel like something is blocking you? Maybe you’ve been doing all the “right” things, but somehow you still feel stuck, disconnected or like you just can’t seem to move into the reality you know is possible for you. In this episode, we’re exploring the piece of manifestation that often gets overlooked: energy. Mindset can take us incredibly far, but sometimes we can’t simply think our way through every block. When we continue to feel resistance, self-doubt or like we’re stuck in the same patterns, there may be a deeper energetic layer asking to be explored. We’ll explore how working with our energy can help us release what’s keeping us stuck, strengthen self-trust, reconnect with our intuition and create the inner alignment needed to move towards what we truly desire.     Ep 94: When Your Soul Changes Direction: Self-Trust, Reiki & Coming Home to Yourself

    In this solo episode, I’m sharing a big life update and taking you behind the scenes of what has been unfolding for me over the past few months. I share what led me to leave Costa Rica after everything I created here to and move to Mexico after feeling so deeply called to go, what happened when I arrived, and why I found myself back in Costa Rica just one week later! Back to the place it all began. This experience brought up so much around self-trust, intuition, and learning to follow your inner guidance — even when you don’t have the whole picture and even when the path changes along the way. I'm sharing the lessons I learned and how much more deeply aligned in my life I feel after such a huge life transition. I also share more about my Reiki journey and how Reiki actually guided me to Costa Rica in the first place, including the one Reiki session that changed my life and set me on a completely different path. We’ll talk about how Reiki is so much more than a healing modality- it's has been a pathway into deeper self-trust, intuition, soul connection and remembering who you are and what you're here to share.
