Have you ever looked around, examined your life, and thought is this IT?? I imagine you have, and I KNOW you’re not alone. I’m Kasey and right here beside me is Kelsey. We are licensed professional counselors, mothers, entrepreneurs, oh and besties. We know first-hand what it’s like to wake up one day and think how in the heck did I wind up here? As women, we often think that doing more will bring us closer to joy and fulfillment. Lack connection? We join the PTA. Feel angry? We start working out. But the real answer is something much deeper… The real answer is that nothing “out there” will ever satisfy us. Through our own journeys of self-discovery, we found that joy is something that has to be pursued through our own internal work. Now we’re on a mission to help women from all walks of life understand themselves more so they can experience real, lasting joy.
