    I have the pleasure of talking with Marco Riaskoff. For over 40 years, Marco was the driving force behind the legendary Master Classical Pianist (Meesterpianisten) series at the world-famous Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. This iconic series has hosted all generations of piano greats—from titans like Vladimir Horowitz, Martha Argerich and Alfred Brendel to modern masters like Daniil Trifonov, Maria Joāo Pires and Arcadi Volodos. Marco has a treasure trove of incredible stories to share, shaped by decades of working with the most extraordinary pianists in history.  It was a challenge to edit this interview—there was so much fascinating material—but I think what remains paints a vivid picture of this remarkable man and his deep passion for music, especially the piano.     In this episode I am talking to Mike Boddé.  Mike is a very famous TV personality in the Netherlands, both as a Comedian and as a Pianist.  Every week he conducts a live Music show on National Dutch TV which became very popular,  Mike and myself have a Piano duo (we also recorded an album which you can find on all digital platforms) and we became good friends over the years.  Mike Boddé is brilliant,  multi talented and has a great sense of humor,  but he also has been facing a big  challenge throughout his whole life:  Depression and Bi-Polarity. He also wrote a book about Depression which became a bestseller in the Netherlands.  He speaks very openly about his mental health in this episode and of course we talk about music, he plays some of his new compositions on his old piano at home, we talk about China, and many other things.
