This is a Christian podcast about joyful motherhood where your mom heart will be nurtured and equipped with scripture, joy and practical tips for lifegiving motherhood. God has had me on a path the past few years that has brought to a great place. I went through so many trials and have come out stronger and more equipped with the word of God and a village of friendships. I'm a better wife and mom and it's all to the glory of God!     Today I am interviewing the amazing Dr. Simone Alicia AKA The Self Esteem Doctor. Dr. Simone Alicia is an international self-esteem expert, motivational speaker, and television personality who creates measurable improvements in mindset, thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral outcomes. Her company, The Self-Esteem Doctor is a global self-development empire focused on nourishing mental, spiritual, and physical well-being in people of all ages. Dr. Simone combines influences of Neuro Linguistic Programming and other holistic coaching tools for self-esteem.  PURPOSE - Teaching people how to improve their daily thoughts and beliefs to achieve better mental, spiritual, and physical well-being in their lives - while demonstrating increased compassion for others. VISION - Empowering kids, teens, & adults with underutilized tools, techniques, and proven self-development methodologies that produce measurable results in overall well-being.
