It’s the ability to intentionally direct our awareness to the now without judgment—finding the space between the thoughts where all possibilities live.Being the Observer: Becoming the scientist of your own mind, emotional life, and actions. It’s holding awareness and gathering pure data for self-knowledge and growth, completely free of judgment.Being the Master: Stepping into true self-mastery as the gatekeeper of your mind and heart.
