    With Episode 45 comprising the Sixth Part of the ongoing G.G.S.(Gospel Guideposts Series) theme of, "New Covenant Truth or Calvinistic Theology: What's Shaping Your Beliefs?", your Hosts(Pastor Matney and Bro. Derek Rich) open the Episode with aptly stated remarks concerning America's 250th birthday, before discussing the dominant New Testament topic concerning the ultimate victory of life over death. Christ has delivered us from the fear of death, through His death, burial, and resurrection; however, according to the Scripture(First Corinthians 15:26), death is still an enemy to be destroyed. The physical resurrection of Jesus, as well as the general subject of "resurrection" in Scripture, reveals that God values the physical body and consummates redemption with a new physical order. The implications of a physical resurrection as the desired completion of Redemption, influences how we approach earthly life and purpose, as well as our concept of Heaven, particularly the "intermediate state". God's agenda is bringing Heaven to a new earth to dwell forever with His creation.
