Hey! I'm Matt, and here I read chapters from the novel I'm currently writing. If you like stories about talking animals, magic spells, and deep forests then this podcast might be for you! I hope you will join me on this journey to Mousewood and beyond.
The story is based on the adventure game which was released over ten years ago, and which I wrote as well. You don't need to know the game to listen to this podcast, but if you enjoy one, you might enjoy the other, too.

In the last episode, Treewalker apprentice Dena, her teacher Amabel, and Emba Llon arrived in snowed-in Beaverton to find out who or what is responsible for the heavy snowstorms that hold the town in an icy grip. In a rustic inn, the fae and the two bats discovered a strange door that shouldn’t exist. As the three enter, they find themselves in the secret workshop of a moody fox magician and his apprentice - a young rabbit called Vinter ...
This is part 2 of “Vinter’s Tale”, a The Night of the Rabbit holiday special, and concludes our tale.

The Treewalkers saved the day! But our adventure is not over yet! Ambrosia has something important she needs to tell the Marquis. What is it? And whatever came of the sinister magician behind the attack on Mousewood? Let’s find out now in our final episode of Book 1!
Yes, this was the end of Book 1 and at the same time the last episode of season 1. In the following months for me, it’s back to writing season 2 of our story, which will hopefully arrive in the summer of 2024. Oh, and I’m also working on a Christmas episode. So keep an eye out for more updates on social media later this year or on this very podcast feed.
