    Gemma Rader: Becoming the Fittest in Africa, completing her Rookie year, plans for 2025

    Gemma Rader is no stranger to competing at a high level in the sport of CrossFit, and this year achieved more than ever when she became Fittest in Africa, and qualified for the 2024 CrossFit Games. Whilst they weren’t the Games anyone envisioned, Gemma spoke about her personal experience that weekend, and all the changes and sacrifices she went through to get there.     Georgia Davenport: From diving world championships to the CrossFit Games

    Georgia Davenport is one of the UK’s best CrossFit athletes, making it to the Games in 2023 as part of team CrossFit Rotherham. After a successful diving career, and both a competitor and a coach, Georgia fits training to be one of the fittest in the UK alongside a very busy schedule - yet still manages to make it to Semi finals and even the Games!     Adrienne Geary: The 2024 Games, recovering from injury, plans for the future
