    Messianic World Update | Iran, Israel, AI, the Temple Mount and 9-11 | Are We Approaching the End of the Age?

    Iran. Israel. Hezbollah. The Houthis. Artificial intelligence. The Temple Mount. The world continues to change rapidly—and this week's Messianic World Update examines several developments that may have significance for students of biblical prophecy. Monty Judah begins with the continuing conflict involving Iran and the United States, including developments surrounding the Strait of Hormuz and Iran's nuclear program. The discussion then moves to Israel's conflict with Hezbollah, the growing threat surrounding the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb straits, and tensions involving Israel, the Palestinians and the future of Samaria and Judea. But one subject receives particular attention: The Temple Mount. The program examines increasing Jewish prayer activity on the Temple Mount and the possibility of changes to the current status quo. Why is that significant? Because the biblical prophetic scenario discussed in the program involves an altar and daily sacrifice on the Temple Mount—and the eventual interruption of that sacrifice is connected to the beginning of the Great Tribulation. The episode then takes a surprising turn toward artificial intelligence. The program discusses concerns raised by an AI company employee about the potential dangers of increasingly powerful AI systems, as well as an experiment in which biblical prophetic material was analyzed by an AI model. The resulting prediction about the timing of the end of the age is discussed—but the program emphasizes that the key issue isn't an AI prediction. The key issue is what Scripture says to watch for. Finally, the program reflects on the 25th anniversary of September 11 and the changing political and cultural environment in the United States.
