    God will make a way.

In today's episode we are honing into the story of Moses leading the children out of Egypt. It seems as though God has led them into a trap, only to do the miraculous for their freedom. In the same way, God parted the sea for the children of Israel, I believe God wants you to be encouraged that He is able to do the same for you! When the brook dries up...

In 1 Kings 17, God leads Elijah to the brook Cherith—a place of provision, safety, and daily dependence. But then,  the brook dries up. In this episode of When the Brook Dries Up, we explore what it means to trust God when the very thing He once used to sustain us is no longer flowing. What do we do when a season ends, prayers feel unanswered, or the familiar sources of security disappear? Do we allow Him to lead us into the next thing he may be moving us towards? This episode invites listeners to see dry seasons not as abandonment, but as divine redirection. The drying brook is often the signal that God is about to expand our faith, deepen our obedience, and reveal Himself in unexpected ways—just as He did when He sent Elijah to the widow at Zarephath. If you’re walking through uncertainty, transition, or spiritual dryness, this episode offers encouragement to listen closely for God’s next instruction and to trust that His provision has not ended—it has only changed. Because when the brook dries up, God is wanting to do a new thing in your life. Send us Fan Mail Support the show Thank you for listening today.
